How can I exchange my product for a different color or size?

As described in the terms , within 14 days it is possible to exchanged a product for another size or colour. It is essential that you handle the product and the packaging with care. You may extract or use the product only to the extent as necessary in order to assess whether you wish to keep the product. It is recommended to reserve the new product that you like or when the new product is not in stock to check the delivery time. How can I return my order?

Before you resend an product, please send an email.(info@ilse-jacobsen.nl.nl) For proper and rapid settlement we ask you to include the order confirmation, that you have received by mail. Please write the reason of the return and what you like for followup. For example: cancel order and refund money, exchange size or colour. The purchase amount minus the shipping costs will be refunded within days of return receipt of the product to your account number. The return shipping costs is for the customer.

Please return the product in its original packaging. Don't forget the remove the original shipping address.

How can I report a complaint?

Despite all care, it is possible that you have a complaint concerning the product or our service. We ask you to send the complaint via mail, please name the order number of the purchased product. In most cases we will respond within 1 business day. And if necessary call.

It's good to know that the rubber boots are handmade and natural products. Therefore it may have small imperfections in the material or in the Assembly. This inherent is to this product. All boots are checked before sending.

How can I track my shipment (track & trace)

You will receive the track and trace code. You can get your track code form the order confirmation which received by mail. Click here to "Track order status"

You will be redirected to the order status. In the comments you will find the track en trace code.

With this track code / Bar code you can track your order on the POSTnl website. Click on this link to start the track and trace website of POSTnl. Fill in your track code / bar code

You have checked the choice to pay with Visa, Master Card or American Express. You will be automatically redirected to the secure PayPal site.
Your credit card payment is settled on the secure PayPal site. You do not log in to PayPal.
